What exactly is a peptide?
A peptide is a short chain of amino acids joined by peptide bonds — shorter than a full protein. The compounds we supply are synthetic peptides manufactured for laboratory research applications only.
How are your peptides synthesised?
Compounds are produced by solid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS), purified by preparative reverse-phase HPLC, then lyophilised and filled under controlled conditions.
What does the purity figure on the label mean?
Each product card lists the purity printed for that compound, together with its CAS number, molecular formula and molecular weight. Those figures come from our supplier's documentation.
How should compounds be stored?
Lyophilised vials are stable refrigerated at 2–8 °C and should be protected from light. For long-term storage, −20 °C is recommended. Reconstituted material has a substantially shorter window — see the storage note on each product page.
What do I use to reconstitute?
Bacteriostatic water is the usual choice for research handling. We do not currently stock it, so you will need to source it separately. Reconstitution volumes depend entirely on your protocol; we do not provide protocol guidance.
How quickly do orders ship?
Orders placed before 2:00 pm PT on business days are dispatched the same day. Domestic delivery is typically 2–4 business days. Temperature-sensitive items ship with insulated packaging and cold packs.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to selected international destinations. Import restrictions on research chemicals vary considerably by country and are the responsibility of the purchaser. Contact support before ordering from outside the US.
Are these products safe for human use?
No. All products are supplied strictly for laboratory and research purposes only. They are not drugs, supplements, foods or cosmetics, and are not intended for human or veterinary consumption under any circumstances.
What is your return policy?
Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened vials cannot be returned for safety and chain-of-custody reasons. See our refund policy for the full terms.
