What ships today, what is made to order, and how long each takes.
Anything listed as in stock is held in our own cold storage and dispatched the same business day when ordered before 2:00 pm PT.
Lower-volume compounds are synthesised to order. Typical production and testing turnaround is 10–15 business days from order confirmation, because material is not released until analytical results come back.
Bulk orders and non-catalogue sizes are quoted individually. Lead time depends on the compound and the quantity — contact us with your specification for a firm date.
The commonest cause of delay is a compound being temporarily out of stock upstream. When that happens we will tell you the day we know, and you can wait or cancel.
