Unopened products in original, undamaged packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, less original shipping.

If material arrives damaged, or you receive an item you did not order, contact us within 7 days with photographs. We will replace the item or issue a full refund including shipping, at your choice.
If you believe a product does not match its stated description, contact us with your order number and what you observed. Where we can confirm a discrepancy we will refund the item in full.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.
Contact support with your order number and the reason for return. Do not ship anything back before receiving a return authorisation.
